Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in cases where we are unable to provide the service purchased or when a technical issue originates from our side and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup, content selection, or available categories.
- The customer finds another IPTV provider after purchasing our service.
- The customer refuses to follow troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.
- The customer changes their mind after activation.
- Temporary interruptions, buffering, freezing, or channel outages occur as part of normal service maintenance or third-party source issues.
Refund Processing Time
PayPal & Cryptocurrency Payments
Approved refunds are generally processed within 72 hours.
Credit & Debit Card Payments
Approved refunds are usually processed within 20–31 business days. In some cases, banking institutions and payment processors may require up to 90 business days to complete the refund.
Please note that IPTV trends has no control over the processing times imposed by banks or payment providers.
Channel Availability & Service Interruptions
While we continuously monitor and maintain our servers, occasional interruptions may occur. Temporary buffering, freezing, or channel downtime may result from:
- Internet connection instability.
- Device, application, or configuration issues.
- ISP-related network problems.
- Temporary source outages.
- Scheduled server maintenance, upgrades, or restarts.
- Changes requested by the customer regarding server selection.
Our technical team works around the clock to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.
